Growth Sellers Pvt. Ltd. and Growth Leadership Academy Pvt. Ltd. have formalised an agreement with Tranquility Spa Nepal and Tranquility International Beauty & Spa Academy Pvt. Ltd. (TIBSA) to cultivate skilled human resources in Nepal.
The collaboration aims to provide wellness-related training, along with management and leadership soft skills, to facilitate career progression into leadership roles. Growth Sellers will also explore local recruitment opportunities to place trained professionals within Nepal.
Samjhana Sharma, Director of Growth Leadership Academy, and Suresh Puri, Executive Director of Tranquility Spa Nepal, signed the agreement on behalf of their organisations, with Growth Sellers’ Founder and Managing Director Mohan Raj Ojha and Tranquility Spa Nepal’s CEO Bhuwan Phaiju also present.
